Tidbit provides a hosted research workspace that lets users capture notes, organize entities, and apply large language models to that material. The service is offered “as is” during the early access period.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials private and for the activity that takes place under your account. You may have multiple users in a workspace under the Team or Enterprise tiers.
Don't use Tidbit to violate the law, infringe on others' rights, attack the service or its users, or to ingest content you don't have rights to. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that put the service or its users at risk.
Paid tiers bill monthly in advance through Stripe. Usage beyond the bundled monthly token allowance is metered at the overage rate published on the pricing page and billed at period close. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not pro-rate refunds for partial months.
You own the content you put into Tidbit. We process it to operate the service (storage, embedding, LLM calls). See the privacy policy for details. You can export or delete your workspace at any time.
Tidbit is a research tool, not investment advice. Outputs from large language models may be wrong, biased, or fabricated. Verify anything you act on. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after the change means you accept the new terms.
